Suit and Shirt From TailoredSuitsParis.com
I came across this website: Tailored Suits Paris and was intrigued with the selection of fabric for both suits and shirts they offered, and the “design your own” concept on their site. I went through their design process and ordered this suit and shirt.
The suit fabrics are of Italian wool and cashmere with full canvas interfacing and feature hand-sewn sleeves and collar, hand-picked and matched linings and buttons, plus hand-made buttonholes. I “designed” peak lapels, and working sleeve buttons.
The fabric is a navy with a very subtle glen plaid and lighter blue windowpane. Great lining and finish with sweat shields, and the pattern at the sleeves is lined up perfectly!!
Their shirts are Oxford/Luxury Egyptian cotton. I picked this fabric:
Egyptian Cotton 2 Ply blue, purple check
It’s a soft but substantial printed fabric. No collar stays and no split yoke. The buttons are thick (I know you gentlemen all like them, but I have trouble buttoning these). I went for the front placket, gauntlet buttons, NO pocket (of course), and two button cuff with a round cuff.
Excellent value and a wide selection of details from which you get to choose!
